Tanairy Felix
Founder, CEO, & Event Specialist
Tanairy Felix born and raised in Los Angeles, CA is an event planner that specializes in intimate and thematic events. Her event experience includes weddings, concerts, festivals, birthday parties, and corporate events. Since 2012, Tanairy has been greatly involved with creating, coordinating, and managing social events.

Her experience is comprised of numerous occasions, including large-scaled events of 250,000 people to small-scaled gatherings of 50 people. No event is too big, too complex or too exclusive for her expertise.

Cecy Lopez
Event Planner
Cecy Lopez was born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles. Ever since she was a little girl, she dreamed of having a big, fairytale wedding and while planning her own wedding 7 years ago, she found a big interest in the events world. After working more than 12 years in the corporate world, she decided it was time to follow her dreams and now, she works her dream job daily as an event planner.

With more than 4 years in the business, she brings enthusiasm & charisma to our team! Cecy works hand in hand with each of her clients to make their dreams and visions come to life! Her attention to detail sets her apart. As an event planner, she handles A-Z; structures the event, coordinates all of the moving parts, and makes sure everyone has a good time.
On the personal side, Cecy is married and mother of 2 beautiful girls #girlmom. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family, stay active by playing sports, and her guilty pleasure of watching reality TV.

Nadia Velasco
Event Planner
Nadia Velasco was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Her career began in the public service and administrative industry for over 20 years, then she decided to close that chapter and start this new journey in the events industry. Nadia has a passion for service and is thrilled to help people out. Nadia is committed to being a team player. She takes great satisfaction in seeing everyone happy and is always grateful for the opportunities that come her way.

Family is everything. Nadia is married to her High School sweetheart and has 3 beautiful girls. Her eldest is the Founder and CEO of Events by TF, which has always inspired her to explore creativity and learn new skills in a profound way. In her spare time Nadia enjoys exploring vineyards, beaches, and cooking for her loved ones.
Nelly Ocegueda
Event Coordinator
Nelly Ocegueda was born and raised in the heart of the harbor. As long as she can remember she’s had a passion for event planning. Whether it was to plan her own parties or helping family members with theirs. During College, she landed her first event planning job in Montecito, Santa Barbara and helped plan events for many different groups of clientele.

After a few years, Nelly got engaged and moved back home where she then ventured off to pursue a different career in HR. Once she began her wedding planning, she decided to hire Events by TF. After planning her very own wedding alongside Tanairy she once again realized her passion for event planning. As a former client and experienced planner she brings a deep understanding, knowledge, excellent organizational skills, extreme detail oriented, and passion where she can relate to every client’s wants and needs.
She is passionate about making sure every little detail is to the tea so that her clients can enjoy their magical day. When Nelly isn’t working she is devoted to her family: husband and two beautiful children. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her whole family.
Nailea Felix
Content Creator
Nailea ‘Frankie’ Felix was born in Los Angeles, California and is the content creator for Events by TF and a full time student at LACHSA. In school, she focuses on Acting and serves as a “Social Media/Content Creator Intern” for the Office of Communications and Engagement. With a deep-rooted passion for the entertainment and art industry, Frankie expresses herself through dance, on stage, and on camera…

The advent of social media has become a vital platform for her, allowing her to showcase and discover new talent and lifestyles that inspire her. Frankie sees social media as the key to expressing individuality and reality, which aligns with her goal as a creator.
Looking ahead, Frankie has plans to study communications and media advertising at USC, aiming to continually evolve both as a student and an individual. Embracing the philosophy that learning never ceases, she remains dedicated to her educational journey.
As Tanairy’s younger sister, Frankie has witnessed the growth of the business from its inception and considers herself a DAY 1 contributor. Since 2018, she has been an integral part of the “set-up crew,” passionately capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) and event-related content. This content is now showcased across various social media platforms. Known for bringing light and positive energy to the team, Frankie ensures that every detail is captured from the best angles, allowing unforgettable moments to be relived.
